Regulatory guidance and project coordination

Legal Notice and Disclaimer

1. Operator and purpose

LEX CONFORM is presented by Lex Agency LLC. Website: https://lex-conform.com; inquiries: request@lex-conform.com; telephone: +33 7 67 59 18 97. Legal identification, registered establishment address and any required registration or VAT details must be verified against the actual contracting entity and made publicly available as required by applicable law; a brand name alone does not replace those particulars.

2. Information, not an individual compliance decision

Pages contain general regulatory explanations about product certification, testing, declarations of conformity, registrations and market access. They do not establish the legal classification of a particular product without full technical facts. Publication does not itself establish a lawyer-client relationship, laboratory engagement or authority mandate.

3. Legislation, standards and guidance

Binding legal acts, harmonised or other technical standards, official guidance and voluntary certification schemes differ in force and legal effect. A standard is not automatically a legal obligation, while a certificate does not necessarily establish compliance with every rule. Dates, transitions and national rules should be verified against current primary sources.

4. No public authority or accreditation claim

Unless supported by a specific, independently verifiable appointment or accreditation, LEX CONFORM does not act as a notified body, accredited laboratory, statutory conformity assessor, market-surveillance authority or regulator. A client must verify the formal status and scope of any third party engaged for testing or certification.

5. Results, costs and timelines

No certification, CE marking outcome, registration, customs clearance or time-to-market result is guaranteed. Fees, authority decisions, sampling, test results and deadlines can depend on product design, classification, jurisdictions, third-party capacity and regulatory change.

6. External content and links

We may refer to laws, standards bodies, regulators, laboratories or platforms for research. A link or mention is not an endorsement, formal partnership or guarantee that a third-party website is current. Rights in third-party names and marks remain with their owners.

7. Use of materials and liability

Do not use a general article as the sole basis for placing products on the market or representing regulatory approval. To the extent allowed by applicable law, an individually agreed engagement defines service responsibilities. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or non-excludable liability.

8. Privacy, communication and corrections

Privacy and cookie rules are in the separate policies. You can report an inaccurate legal reference or request a product-specific assessment at request@lex-conform.com. Public materials may be corrected without retroactively changing a concluded service agreement. Revised 16 October 2026.
