Cookie Policy
1. What this policy covers
Cookies are small identifiers or preference records stored by browsers; comparable mechanisms may include browser storage and security tokens. EU ePrivacy rules generally require consent before storing or accessing non-essential information on a visitor's device, independently of whether personal data are involved. GDPR also applies where the resulting information identifies a person.
2. Actual technologies in this site build
LEX CONFORM's delivered JavaScript uses a cookie named lex_conform_privacy_v1 to remember security, analytics and marketing choices. Its intended lifetime is 180 days, with Path=/, Secure and SameSite=Lax. A browser opened directly from a local file may not store it. Website security and delivery systems may separately generate short-lived technical identifiers or server logs.
3. Necessary security and Cloudflare Turnstile
The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. This may involve technical browser signals and, depending on Cloudflare configuration, security cookies. Strictly necessary technologies are used to secure the service requested and are not treated as blanket consent for unrelated profiling or advertising. The provider's own disclosures remain relevant.
4. Optional analytics and advertising
The supplied version does not activate optional audience analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site marketing trackers. The interface nonetheless allows users to record optional preferences for possible future integrations. Selecting “Accept” does not establish that any such tools are currently installed; adding one will require an inventory, prior consent controls where necessary and an updated notice.
5. Choice, refusal and withdrawal
The preferences interface offers acceptance, rejection and management of optional categories. You can reopen Cookie settings using the footer control; withdrawing consent must be as straightforward as granting it. Refusal does not prevent access to public articles. The software also respects a Global Privacy Control signal for its marketing preference, without implying legal equivalence across every jurisdiction.
6. Retention and cookie inventory
The currently identified first-party preference cookie is lex_conform_privacy_v1 (purpose: remember choice; normal maximum age: 180 days). Further cookies may arise from Cloudflare security challenges or hosting infrastructure according to their configuration. These must be checked against the live domain before release; no unverified third-party cookie names or fixed retention times are asserted here.
7. Browser controls and outside platforms
You may restrict or delete cookies in browser settings, potentially affecting features. External destinations such as Telegram, WhatsApp or payment-provider websites are governed by their own notices when you follow a link. We do not assume their cookies are placed on this website merely because we link to them.
8. Personal-data rights and updates
Where cookies involve personal data, the Privacy Policy explains relevant GDPR rights, contacts and complaints. Any adoption of analytics, advertising, embedded media or a new security provider requires a fresh inventory and, where applicable, changes to the consent mechanism before activation. Revised 16 October 2026.
